Pre Hike 2

I really enjoyed this hike on Bell Mountain located in Mark Twain National Forest and part of the St. Francois Mountains here in Missouri. The trail offered many rocks and roots. The loop itself, 11.6 miles, isn’t that long so I decided to do it in each direction for an overnighter. I am not nearly as sore as I was after doing the Eagle Rock Trail, which means my conditioning is starting to show some of it’s dividends.
The vista was amazing and a perfect camp spot that I had all to myself.
